EXCHANGES / RETURNS


If you wish to lodge a return or exchange, thats okay these things happen!
First step is to please read the requirements below to make sure you are eligible for a return. Then please email us using the email below or via our contact page
 
If you want to lodge an exchange or return it must be within 30 days from your order date. The shipping cost back to our headquarters will be paid by the customer. We then will inspect the return for any damage or faults and either approve and grant you a refund, or disapprove and ship it back to you, free of charge.

We do not take responsibility for lost packages, we will however help source your parcel for you! Please double, triple check your address in checkout, to save the hassle of a lost parcel.
